FDA Ruling on Gluten- Good News for Those with Celiac Disease & Gluten Sensitivity

The FDA has ( finally!) ruled that foods sold in the USA labeled Gluten Free must meet the same strict guidelines as those sold in other countries.  Foods labeled gluten free must contain less than 20 ppm gluten– an amount known to be safe for those with Celiac Disease.  This is good news for those who must avoid gluten for health reasons.
